Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, obvious pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. Customers confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to France. Shipping is free of charge.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping takes approximately 3 additional business days.

The estimated total delivery time is therefore 4–5 business days.

8. Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return.

If a customer changes their mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. When a return is necessary in such cases, the applicable return shipping costs will be covered by us.

9. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
